35 years in aviation industry, held various positions with American Airlines, Managing Director in MIA Hub, Managing Director Los Angeles, Country Manager SDQ/PAP, Country Manager St. Maarten, President/CEO WINAIR St. Marten 2011-2023,current position as transition consultant/advisor.
Began aviation career in San Juan Puerto Rico, held numerous hourly positions in RAMP and PAX services(ramp agent/counter agent) ,group supervisor, catering manager. Will enter semi-retirement in 2024 offering strategic support to regional airlines engaged in aviation industry. Graduated from University of Western Ontario in London Ontario Canada 1981,received BA majoring in Economics and International Trade.

The Dutch Caribbean Cooperation of Airports (DCCA) is organizing the 1stInternational Sustainable Air Transportation event called “A Flight To The Future” in Aruba in November 2022. A one-week event filled with presentations, panel discussion, masterclasses and test flight demonstrations with the Pipistrel Velis Electro, the first certified electric aircraft, all with the purpose of sharing knowledge, creating dialogue on the future of aviation and on interisland connectivity in the Dutch Caribbean.
