The Dutch Caribbean Cooperation of Airports (DCCA) is a cooperation agreement between all 6 Caribbean Airports within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. DCCA’s objective is to improve the general quality of each individual airport by facilitating mutual assistance and efficient exchange of information, transfer of knowledge, sharing of expertise with the goal of achieving economies of scale on 7 key elements including but not limited to innovation, sustainability, regulations, safety and security, health challenges for Airports, emergency assistance/response, economical sustainable, stable and affordable air connections and maintenance, infrastructure and project management. In light of above goals, DCCA aims to present future focused alternative air transportation options to improve interisland connectivity in the Dutch Caribbean and is organizing the 1st international Sustainable Air Transportation event called “A Flight To The Future” in Aruba in November 2022.

The Dutch Caribbean Cooperation of Airports (DCCA) is organizing the 1st International Sustainable Air Transportation event called “A Flight to the Future” in Aruba in November 2022. A one-week event filled with presentations, panel discussion, masterclasses and test E-Flight with the Pipistrel Velis Electro, the first certified electric aircraft, all with the purpose of sharing knowledge, creating dialogue on the future of aviation and on interisland connectivity in the Dutch Caribbean.
