Erika B. Dedier is a career aviation expert having spent her entire professional career in air traffic control.
In 1990, she commenced her career as an Air Traffic Controller (ATC) and was elevated to the position of Supervisor in 2011.
In 2015 she was one of the transfers over to Air Navigation Services Aruba (ANSA), where she currently serves as ATC Manager since 2016. She is a certified ATC Instructor.
The Dutch Caribbean Cooperation of Airports (DCCA) is organizing the 1stInternational Sustainable Air Transportation event called “A Flight To The Future” in Aruba in November 2022. A one-week event filled with presentations, panel discussion, masterclasses and test flight demonstrations with the Pipistrel Velis Electro, the first certified electric aircraft, all with the purpose of sharing knowledge, creating dialogue on the future of aviation and on interisland connectivity in the Dutch Caribbean.
