In her diverse role as Aviation Business Development Executive, Jo-Anne sets and executes AAA’s aviation business development and global network strategy, seamlessly navigating a complex variety of responsibilities, including all airline marketing, B2B and B2C passenger marketing, market analysis, and research and development of all aviation business related ventures, while also overseeing route planning, traffic forecasting, airline strategy, brand development, and positioning.

Jo-Anne’s communication skills bring a trusted voice to cultivating relationships with strategic partners globally, locally, and within her leadership role at AAA. She chairs Aruba’s Airlift Committee on behalf of AAA along with key stakeholders that include the Ministry of Tourism, Aruba Tourism Authority, Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association, and the Department of Civil Aviation Aruba.

Jo-Anne’s 12+ years of air service development experience is backed by a foundation of a Bachelors’ degree with a major in International Marketing Management from the HES Business School in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. In March 2018, she obtained her IATA Airport Strategic Management diploma with distinction. Aruba Airport’s commendable marketing efforts have been recognized by Routes with numerous nominations and awards over consecutive years.
